Our Executive Chef: Michael Ingino
Chef Michael Ingino, a graduate of the New York Restaurant School, now known as the Art Institute, has worked at many restaurants in the New York City area, learning everything he could from celebrity New York chefs. Upon graduation, Michael became a sous chef for executive chef Tom Tedesco of the Boathouse Cafe and Lundy's Brother's Restaurant.
Moving to Las Vegas, Michael hooked up with Gustav Mauler as a sous chef at Spiedini. Gustav promoted Michael to executive chef at his new steak house, Oxo, then executive chef at Bull Shrimp steak and seafood house at Green Valley Ranch.
After five years with Gustav, Michael joined the Suburban Restauant Group owned by Andre Agassi, Adam Corrigan and others. Corporate Executive Chef Michael managed four popular Las Vegas restaurants for five years.
Now Michael is enjoying being executive chef for the Pike family, operating The Beachhouse Restaurants at Laguna Beach and Cardiff by the Sea.
